WAREHOUSE COVID-19 POLICY
Warehouse Dance Studios are very excited to welcome everyone back to the studios.
In line with Government guidelines, we have prepared the studio and created new policies to reduce the risk of Covid-19. The guidelines are based on safe working published by Gov UK, Specific guidance for the industry, new cleaning guidelines and consultation with local businesses and instructors.
To keep all students and instructors at the studio safe, we have implemented the following changes to all group and private classes as well as individual studio hire:
You must pre-book and pay for your studio hire by using the booking system in order to help manage who attends the studios and our reduced capacity.
UPDATE TO CANCELLATION POLICY
If you are unable to attend your studio hire session please email us as soon as possible. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the class you will be able to reschedule to another date. After this time you’ll loose the booking and no refund will be offered.
MAX 2 PER POLE POLE
There will be a maximum of 2 students to a pole during class. We encourage all students to clean the pole in-between goes to keep everyone safe.
PLEASE BE ON TIME!
Please ensure you arrive at the studio 5 minutes before the class is due to start. Please do not be late, classes will start on time, if you think you are going to be late please notify the instructor immediately. It is the instructor's descretion as to whether they permit late-comers into their class.
ARRIVE WITH POLE CLOTHES ON
Please ensure you already have your polewear on underneath your clothes to minimise the amount of belongings you bring with you. Avoid bare feet during where you can, please wear socks, heels or trainers.
SANITISE YOUR HANDS
We recommend that you use the hand sanitiser by the door to the studio before and after class. You can also bring your own if you are prone to sensitive skin.
Yoga mats are optional as they are only used for the warm up. The studio do not provide them so you will need to bring your own if you wish to use one. All personal belonging must be taken with you at the end of your session.
Instructors are on hand for spotting if you feel comfortable for them to do so. They will either offer when you are in a move or you can ask them in advance. Please ensure you train with care, caution and within your limits.
There are cleaning sprays and towels in the studio. We ask that you clean your pole from top to bottom when your class has finished to ensure the safety of others using the pole after you.
DO NOT ATTEND THE STUDIO IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING ANY SYMPTOMS OR HAVE BEEN ADVISED TO ISOLATE
The health of our students is our top priority. If you feel unwell (even just a cold) please do not attend a class. You can transfer your booking yourself through the email confirmation you are sent. As long as this is done at least 24 hours before the class is due to start, you can transfer at no cost.
