TERMS & CONDITIONS
We ask that you please read these important terms and conditions set out by The Warehouse Dance Studios.
BOOKINGS

All bookings must be made via our online booking system to reserve your space.

Bookings are only confirmed once full payment has been received.

Payments must be completed online via our website.
-
If a booking is made but payment is not completed, the place is not guaranteed.
COURSE BOOKINGS/ CLASS BOOKINGS
-
Once payment is processed, your booking is confirmed.
-
No refunds are available for missed classes or courses.
-
Course bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.

If you cannot attend a booked class, you may transfer your booking up to 24 hours before the class start time. Transfers must be made by using the “view booking” link in your email confirmation, selecting “ticket options”, and then “transfer ticket” to choose another date within your 28-day pass validity.

Transfers requested with less than 24 hours’ notice are not permitted.
-
No transfers between students are permitted.
CANCELLATIONS
Classes
From 30th June 2025, a minimum of 2 students booked 4 hours before the class start time will be required for the class to run.

If there are fewer than 2 students booked, the class will be cancelled, and your credit will be returned to your account.

Please check your email or messages before heading to the studio to confirm your class is still running.

The Warehouse reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any class, workshop, or course due to unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, a suitable alternative will be offered or credit returned. Refunds will only be provided in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of the studio.
Courses
• Courses are non-refundable and non-transferable
Party Bookings
• You may cancel a party booking or studio hire booking up to 14 days prior to the start date (an administration fee will apply).
• All notification of cancellations must be made via email.
• Cancellations less than 7 days prior to the start of your booking will be subject to 100% of the booking fee.
• Your booking is placed based on the time and date agreed, you must stick to the timeslot that has been agreed. The hire is based on the start and end time so if you turn up late for your booking you will have less time for your booking.
CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS MADE BY US

While every effort is made to ensure your class or course runs as planned, The Warehouse Dance Studios reserves the right to cancel or revise any class time, course time, or instructor as necessary.

If a class is cancelled, students will be notified and a reasonable alternative class will be offered in lieu of the cancelled session. Refunds will only be offered in exceptional circumstances at the studio’s discretion.
AGE LIMIT
-
All classes at The Warehouse Dance Studios are for adults aged 18 and over.
POLING WHILE PREGNANT
-
You must provide written clearance from your medical professional confirming you are fit to participate in pole activities.
-
You may only perform moves you were confident and comfortable with before pregnancy. New moves are not permitted during pregnancy.
-
Always inform your instructor of your pregnancy before attending class.
-
Participation while pregnant is at your own risk, and The Warehouse will not be liable for any complications that arise.
HEALTH & SAFETY
-
All students must complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) before their first session.
-
If you have any concerns about your health, or if you are pregnant, please speak to your instructor before class.
-
If you have any medical conditions or injuries that might affect your ability to exercise safely, please consult your doctor before attending.

The Warehouse takes all reasonable measures to create a safe environment, but participation in pole dance carries inherent risks. You acknowledge that you participate at your own risk.

Students are required to follow instructor guidance at all times. If you choose to attempt moves not demonstrated or approved by your instructor, you accept full responsibility for any injury.
STUDIO ETIQUETTE
-
Clean your pole and any equipment after use.
-
Stay home if you are unwell.
-
Use sanitary bags in the bathrooms for sanitary waste, including wrappers, before placing them in the sanitary bin.

Put all equipment back where you found it.
-
Dispose of rubbish in the provided bins.
-
Share poles fairly — remember the poles belong to everyone.
-
Only spot other students if the instructor has explicitly given permission.
-
Do not teach or spot other students on your own initiative.
-
If you want to try a new move, ask your instructor first.
-
Arrive on time and warm up fully. If you are late, check with the instructor before joining class.
-
Take all personal belongings home — we are not responsible for lost property.
-
Treat the space, equipment, and your fellow students with kindness and respect.
-
Respect your instructors at all times and avoid talking over them. It’s distracting for students and the instructor
-
If you are waiting for another class to start, please respect the current class taking place, keeping noise and distraction to a minimum
-
If you are not booked onto a class, you are not permitted to enter the studio space while a class is taking place.

If you see any unsafe conditions or broken equipment, let your instructor know immediately.
PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your personal data will be handled according to the Data Protection Act.
-
We will never share your data with third parties without your consent.
-
Contact details may be used to update you about bookings and studio news, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
CCTV
-
For safety and security, CCTV is in use throughout the studio. Images are recorded and stored for crime prevention and public safety.
PHOTOS / FILMING IN CLASS
-
Students are welcome to take photos/videos of themselves for personal progress.
-
Please ask permission if others are visible in your photos or videos.
-
The Warehouse may occasionally film or photograph classes for marketing. Please let your instructor know if you do not wish to appear.
-
Video recordings for anything other than personal use are not permitted without written permission from The Warehouse.
BEHAVIOUR
-
We reserve the right to remove any student whose behaviour is unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive.
-
Drugs or alcohol are strictly prohibited. Arriving under the influence will result in immediate removal with no refund.
-
Our community is built on inclusivity — please treat everyone with respect, and if you feel uncomfortable due to someone’s behaviour, inform your instructor or the studio owners.
STUDIO CONDUCT & RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

The Warehouse Dance Studios is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful and supportive space for all students, instructors and visitors.
-
All students are expected to follow the studio’s policies, etiquette guidelines and instructor direction when attending classes, workshops, private sessions or studio hire.
-
The Warehouse Dance studios reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse service, cancel bookings, suspend accounts or terminate a student’s access to classes, events or studio facilities where behavior is deemed to be:

Disruptive to the learning environment
-
Unsafe or disrespectful towards instructors or other students
-
In breach of studio policies or studio etiquette
-
Likely to negatively impact the wellbeing, safety or experience of others attending the studio.
-

Where a decision is made to terminate a student’s access to the studio, this decision will be made by management and will be final.
-
Any refunds issued in such circumstances are provided entirely at the discretion of The Warehouse Dance Studios and may be offered as a goodwill gesture only.
MANAGEMENT DISCRETION

The Warehouse Dance Studios reserves the right to make decisions regarding bookings, studio use, student attendance and access to services where necessary to protect the safety, wellbeing and positive environment of the studio.
BY MAKING YOURÂ BOOKING YOU AGREE:

You accept that pole dance and fitness carry an element of risk and agree to participate at your own risk.

The Warehouse will not be liable for pre-existing injuries, injuries caused by ignoring instructor guidance, or by attempting movements not demonstrated.​

Not to be spotted or helped into or out of any move by anyone other than either the instructor or someone authorised by the instructor.

You will NOT ‘spot’ or teach other students whilst attending classes for reasons of safety
-
If you have any medical conditions or injuries, or are worried about any aspect of your health that may prevent you from doing physical activity, you must consult your doctor prior to attending any class or course
-
If a student is trying a move that has not been demonstrated by an instructor, your instructor will not be liable for any compensation should an injury or incident occur
-
The Warehouse Dance Studios takes all precautions to ensure the safety of everyone involved. I acknowledge that pole fitness and dance can be strenuous and at times, dangerous. I will rely upon my own judgement in participating in any exercise or manoeuvres. I have been told about the potential risks to my health and freely accept that by participating, I run the risk of injury, particularly if I were to fall from or knock myself on the pole. I will not hold The Warehouse Dance Studios liable for any pre-existing injuries or medical conditions, which may be exacerbated if I participate.
By ticking to say you have read the above Terms & Conditions and by signing the disclaimer on our booking system, you agree to these terms in full and agree to waive liability to The Warehouse Dance Studios and its instructors.
