BEGINNERS & IMPROVERS WITH DREE

Monday's 7pm 

£18 per class or can be booked with a 4, 8 or unlimited Class Pass

Beginner's & Improvers Pole with Dree Simone will be focused around conditioning and teaching you fun moves including spins, transitions, climbs and strengthening your muscles in readiness for inverting. 
This class is also suitable for those who are just returning after a break from pole or complete beginners.

Ever wanted to try pole or know someone who wants to try? Join our instructor Dree Simone who will introduce you to fun moves and spins every Monday over 4 weeks, to build your confidence and strength with a fun routine to learn at the end. Suitable for complete beginners.

Ready to try a new way to workout? Join our instructor Chan who will introduce you to fun moves and spins on the pole every Tuesday over 4 weeks with a fun routine to learn in the last week made up of moves you've learnt over the course. 
Pole is a great way to build your confidence and strength while meeting new likeminded people in a welcoming environment.

MIXED ABILITY POLE WITH CHAN

Tuesday's 7pm
£18 per class or can be booked with a 4, 8 or unlimited Class Pass

Continue your pole journey and level up to our Mixed Ability drop in class where our instructor Chan will help you build your core strength, flexibility and start early inversions up the pole as well as progressing to linking spins, combos and moves up or down the pole. 
Students must have completed the 4 week absolute beginner's course in order to attend this class.

BEGINNER'S POLE WITH ANNABELLE

Wednesday's 6pm & Saturday's 10am

£18 per class or can be booked with a 4, 8 or unlimited Class Pass

The Beginners Pole Class with Annabelle is a great way to build strength, co-ordination and confidence using the pole. You will be taught a variety of conditioning exercises, spins, transitions, climbs and pole moves in a fun, friendly and supportive atmosphere.
No previous experience required

POLE CHOREO WITH ANNABELLE

Wednesday's at 7.15pm

£18 per class or can be booked with a 4, 8 or unlimited Class Pass

Want to learn a fun routine on the pole? Join Annabelle who will bring you a different routine each week. Heels optional
No previous dance experience is required, although it is recommended that you’ve attended 3+ Beginner Pole classes before joining if you’re completely new to pole dancing.

MIXED ABILITY POLE WITH ANNABELLE

Wednesday's 8.30pm & Saturday's 11.15am

£18 per class or can be booked with a 4, 8 or unlimited Class Pass

The Mixed Ability Pole class with Annabelle is aimed at beginner to intermediate level students. Working on a range of strength building exercises, pole combos, floorwork and transitions to further increase your pole repertoire.

This class is adapted to your level and will ensure you are challenged in a positive and supportive atmosphere.

POLE FLOW & FLOORWORK WITH DOMINIQUE DROP IN

Thursday’s 7pm

£18 per class or can be booked with a 4, 8 or unlimited Class Pass

This class will be teaching you floor work and pole dance moves which are then combined together into a small choreographed routine. Learn how to fluidly move around the pole and link floor work movement together,  at the end of class you can flow with the choreography or flow the choreography into your own freestyle. To attend this class you must have completed at least 3 beginner classes.

HEELS CHOREO WITH HOLLY

Thursday's 8.15pm

£18 per class or can be booked with a 4, 8 or unlimited Class Pass

Get your 7's, 8's or 9's at the ready and Join Holly as she teaches you a fun and sexy routine in heels. Learn how to move to the music in a fluid choreograped routine each week. 
To attend this class, students must have attended at least 3 beginner's classes.

OPEN POLE PRACTICE

Saturday's 12.30pm & 1.30pm
£10 per class or can be booked with a 4, 8 or Unlimited Class Pass

Practice session for students of all levels.
Your time to practice moves you've learn in class, build your freestyle or jam with friends.
One pole per person. The pole is yours for the duration of the class.

TWERK WITH CHAN

First Saturday of every Month
£18 per class or can be booked with a 4, 8 or unlimited Class Pass

First Saturday's of the month are about to be lit! 
Grab your bestie and your shorts to join our booty-full instructor Chan who will give you all the booty-werk in her Twerk class! 
You will learn the basics of twerk as well as body waves, hip rolls, grinds, undulations and more! Each class includes a short routine so all techniques are put into practice. 

You will need knee pads and shorts (ideally stretchy pole shorts) and you will be bare feet to stop from slipping and sliding! 

Suitable for complete beginners, no previous dance or pole experience required

MIXED ABILITY POLE WITH SAM

Sunday's 9.30am

£18 per class or can be booked with a 4, 8 or unlimited Class Pass

Looking for a weekend workout? Sam's mixed level class is the place to be! After a fun conditioning workout, Sam will teach you cool tricks on the pole with regressions and progressions from each one followed by a freestyle at the end! Suitable for all levels, no previous pole experience required.

Each week our instructor trio Gemma, Holly & Rianne will work on a rotation to bring you fun moves including spins, transitions, climbs and strengthening your muscles in readiness for inverting. 
This class is also suitable for those who are just returning after a break from pole or complete beginners.
